Project List
List each Project and view Cost and Capitalization.

Grant permission to User Profiles in Access User Profiles > select a User Profile > Security > Project Costing > Menu Security > Project List. |
Create Your Report
Select a Report Type of either a Summary or Detail report.
Choose a Report Order of Project ID or Project Name
Print Balances will include the Cost, Capitalization and Outstanding columns included on the report.
Enter a minimum Current Cost Balance to see only the projects with Cost of this amount or higher. Leave blank to include all balances.
Choose either Capital or Service as a Project Type.
In the Project Range section, All Projects selected by default. Create a Project Range by entering a Project ID in the From and To fields or search using the Search icon.

Select Preview to view the report onscreen.
Select Print to send the report directly to the default printer.
